Finance and Administration Director

Location: Warsaw



  • Managing the P&L, budget, forecast and reporting for the Shared Service Centre in Warsaw,
  • Produce consolidated actual, forecast and budget process delivery,
  • Liaison with the EMEA Leadership as needed to review results, enhance reporting,
  • Continuous review of processes, data reporting etc. to improve finance function and drive “value add” agenda,
  • Cash Flow management for SSC,
  • Manage operationally Finance & Accounting based on agreed KPIs / scope,
  • Manage a team up to 100,
  • Manage Office including suppliers’ optimization, cleaning services, reception, car fleet, travel etc.



  • Experience in a role of Finance Director or Finance Controller – at least 4 years in a multinational company
  • Qualified accountant with knowledge of Polish and International accounting standards
  • Completed ACCA qualification 
  • SSC / BPO experience including ownership of operational agenda – is a must
  • SOX / SAS 70 / ISO27001 Compliance requirements knowledge
  • Program management experience in a global environment
  • Lean / Six Sigma experience
